This type of service offers broad spectrum solutions and is performed in-house by AOS on behalf of partners according to service level agreements [SLA’s] and specific customised partner requirements, in this model AOS would typically provide its clients with a tailor-made outsource solution covering their entire back-office administration requirement.

MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER (MSP)

AOS has the ability to craft custom service models by utilising its primary platforms [building blocks] according to our partner’s specific needs. This type of service is a hybrid between an ASP and an MSP whereby a shared business process model is employed with clear “segregation of duties” between AOS and the specific end user [Partner].

This type of service allows the end user to retain complete control over their operations and business process. AOS provides this model as an application on demand service using advanced and secure technologies. Through implementing an ASP model, the operational complexities and upfront software costs can be dramatically reduced. In addition, the issues around upgrading are no longer hurdles as AOS takes care of this.
